Welcome to MESD Special Education Services .

The MESD assists local school districts in providing
quality special education services to students with
disabilities, from birth through 21 years of age. MESD
Special Education Services include the Early Intervention/
Early Childhood Special Education Program, the Functional
Living Skills Program, and Related Services. The majority of
offered services are determined and funded through the
MESD resolution process, while others are provided
through grants and contracts. Click on the program
