Hospital Program
The Hospital School Program is a unique program serving hospitalized children at six sites in the Portland area. The students served are between the ages of 5 to 21 years and come from all parts of Oregon, across the nation and world wide.
Programs Sites
~ Doernbecher Pediatric Acute Care Program - serving acute care patients and those recovering from surgery and other medical procedures.
~ Doernbecher Oncology/Hematology Program - serving patients with cancer, blood disorders and other chronic conditions.
~ Emanuel Acute Care Program - serving acute care patients and those recovering from surgery and other medical procedures.
~ Emanuel Rehabilitation Program - serving patients with long term rehabilitative needs due to traumatic brain injury, cancer and other conditions.
~ Oregon State Hospital Program - serving patients age 18-21 at the Portland Mental Health facility.
~ Shriners Hospital Program - serving students recovering from orthopedic surgery and other procedures.
