Grant Development

The Public Information Office provides leadership, expertise, support and experience to the MESD community for competitive federal and state grants, foundation grants and grants from businesses and corporations.
 
Grant Development serves as:
  • Support and resource for employees and schools pursuing site-based grants or program grants, including brainstorming about logic models, budgets and partners
  • Facilitating grant application narrative and budget review and approvals required prior to submitting the grant application
  • The district hub and primary resource for competitive grants
  • District Agent-of-Record (AOR) for federal Grants.gov submissions
  • Facilitator for individual or group capacity-building in grant-seeking
