Multnomah Education Service District (MESD) has identified a continuous need for certain highly specialized categories of personal services, because the services: a) require one or more licenses for the individual's profession and skill set; b) are necessary for MESD to deliver uninterrupted direct services to the students and component districts it serves; c) are necessary because MESD has insufficient staff capacity to deliver the quantity of required services; and, d) are provided by a limited and frequently changing number of vendors.
Therefore, MESD intends to enter into contracts during the 2011-2012 school year with providers of the below-listed services.
Selection of such providers will be based upon a reasonable, efficient process, to include defined selection criteria, developed by the department requiring services. Such contracts may be issued for one, two or three-year time periods.
.In addition to the opportunities listed above, you may find more bid or proposal opportunities at the MESD Purchasing Office's bid download page.
