- NOTICE: PLEASE NOTE A CHANGE TO THE DATE OF THE SECOND MEETING LISTED BELOW. Two pre-submittal meetings are scheduled for this RFP, the first on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 3:00 p.m., and the second on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 9:30 a.m., each at Multnomah Education Service District, 11611 NE Ainsworth Circle, Portland, OR 97220. - Description:
Multnomah Education Service District (MESD) has identified a a need for certain highly specialized categories of personal services, because the services: a) require one or more licenses for the individual's profession and skill set; b) are necessary because MESD must deliver the quantity of required services; and, d) are provided by a limited and frequently changing number of vendors.
Therefore, MESD may enter into contracts during the 2012-2013 school year with providers of the below-listed services. MESD hereby requests information from any and all vendors who offer similar and competing services. To be considered for contracts in the 12-13 year under this Class Special Procurement, providers must respond to the listed individuals by the date(s) and time(s) listed:
