AUGUST, 2011: As we return to school for the 2011-2012 school year, Multnomah ESD is implementing a new online system enabling its staff to receive many different kinds of training in an online environment. This new system is hosted by a provider named "SafeSchools," which we're able to use thanks to generous funding from our insurance providers.

Because we are in the process of implementing the new system, some, but not all of our existing training has been uploaded to SafeSchools. During Fall 2011, as we're making the transition to SafeSchools, you may wind up taking some training within SafeSchools, some in-person, and some in other online locations. If you're not sure which location has the right training for you, please contact your supervisor.
